Dignity Health Medical Group–North State (DHMGNS) is a
growing medical group that can provide personalized care
for you and your family, close to home. Our team of doctors
and health care providers has primary care physicians and
specialists for the entire family, including family practice and
internal medicine physicians, along with physician assistants.
For patients requiring more specialized care, DHMGNS has
